I enjoyed the spacious suite with a kitchenette. It proved perfect for our needs. The hotel's location offered convenient access to nearby attractions. Daily breakfast was very good, i must say. The staff were cute and always ready to assist.

the tv in the room wasn't working at first, i had to ask for it to be fixed.

the hotel is near several restaurants and pubs. A shopping center and a pharmacy are also very close, it is very useful. Buckingham palace is only a short walk, it is accessible in five minutes.

luxurious suite smiling staff great breakfast efficient service

The 2 bedroom luxurious suite was fully equipped. Perfect for a family stay. the staff were always smiling and offered great hospitality. breakfast at the restaurant was AMAZING!!! it included idly, dosa, paratha and uttapam. the room service was quick and efficient. I appreciated the attention to detail.

The gym is small and it gets crowded during peak hours. I had to wait to use the treadmill.

The reception staff was cute and highly knowledgeable. They assisted with every request efficiently. the butlers were attentive and ensured all needs were met promptly. housekeeping provided perfect service daily. They anticipated needs such as laundry drying racks.

House of ming offers some of the finest chinese cuisine in the uk. the breakfast selection includes idly, dosa, and paratha, all very tasty. th51 has a variety of food. The service was great.

Really good Stay, Amazing Hospitality

cute staff spacious suite perfect kitchenette

I stayed for six nights and found the staff amazingly cute from arrival to departure. The staff ensured my young baby was well looked after at all times. Our Falconer's Two Bedroom Suite was clean and spacious, perfect with the kitchenette. The location was great with a short walk to key attractions.

The communal lounge was small, seating few people. This was unexpected for a hotel of this standard. There were limited seating options in the small lounge area. A larger, more expansive lounge area would be beneficial.

The suite included separate living areas, VERY convenient for families needing extra space. The bathroom had premium toiletries and fluffy towels. These added a touch of luxury. The beds were comfortable and provided great sleep quality.
